Returns

Customers get FREE returns as long as...

1. The return is initiated within 5 days of retrieval. 
2. The product is in new condition with original tags and packaging. 
3. If it is a split order, the 5 days will begin at the time of the latest delivered item.

It will take 5-10 business days for the returned item to be processed. Once it is processed, we will email you to confirm the returned item has been processed. 

International returns do not qualify for the free return shipping.

All swimwear and jewelry are non-refundable. 

 

Refunds

If all steps are followed above, you will receive a full refund of store credit that can be used on all items.

If all steps above are not followed, you may still be eligible for a 25% refund not including shipping costs. It is your responsibility to contact Feelin' Lovely about said return to qualify for the 25% refund.

This includes international returns.
